what do you think of him?
i know he’s a great golfer.
we know he just got into a major car accident (again).. i respect his golfing abilities but personally i’ve never cared for him and i think the press glorifies him sooo much.
Tiger Woods is the reason why there's a set of golf clubs in every other garage. When he emerged in the late 90's, golf was an "old, white, rich and privileged" game. He changed that for the better. He opened the great game of golf to a much wider and inclusive audience.
Did he made mistakes? Yep. Is he a great guy, a role model? Maybe not. But golf would not be golf today without Tiger.

i stopped going to kingdom hall meetings about nine years ago.
i was fading for the longest time, refused to go out in field service, dropped out of the ministry school talks, no longer answered at the watchtower study, arrived at the meetings the last second, and left as soon as possible.
i couldn't take attending the meetings any longer.

so i was fortunate enough to have a wife that listened and saw what i was saying was true and that the cult is bs.
but i wonder how bad it is in a relationship that one goes out of the cult and the other stays in.
i can see that being a real issue for a marriage.
My wife and I got a divorce. Oh, but this religion unites families, right?!
it would be a wonderful thing if the news media tried to exercise some fairness when they report the news or editorialize on a matter.
if the news media does not stop showing bias, i would like to see sanctions of some sort on the cnn’s of the world.
i really don’t think they can make the media fair but it would be nice..
so my 88 mil died and was the epitome of a faithful sister.
my wife and her sister are members of the congregation for 40+ years.
to be fair it was short notice but we had the showing and visitation and only about 12 out of 120 of the congregation showed up and only 1 elder!
Sorry to hear about your relative. I believe that you are in my neck of the woods in Ohio.
with all the fires raging in california and oregon, i have been thinking about flipper and hoping he is ok. .

i’ve heard from a few trump voters that they are getting tired of the whole trump thing.
one person yesterday said he lies.
another person said she hears from her clients in her business that the constant drama and push back from all sides against trump is fatiguing.. i remind people that before this worldwide pandemic, we had the best numbers in jobs.
I agree. Michelle Obama would probably have a better shot at Trump than Biden would. Although I think that Trump would beat them both.

The Democrats had over 3 years to groom a candidate to go up against Donald Trump and this is the best that they've come up with? Joe Biden? I don't have to "like" a candidate to vote for them. I just have to ask myself if this person is the best person for the job and if him/her being in office benefits me.

I used to give Trump the benefit of the doubt on many things. But at this point, I'm really starting to dislike him.
